The DZL chain grate steam boiler is a single-drum, horizontal, three-pass water-fire tube boiler equipped with a longitudinal chain grate combustion system. It adopts a quick-assembly structure, allowing convenient transportation, fast installation, and reliable operation. The chain grate ensures uniform fuel feeding and stable combustion, making the boiler suitable for burning coal, biomass pellets, and other solid fuels. An economizer is installed at the rear to recover waste heat from flue gas and improve overall thermal efficiency. With complete automatic control and monitoring devices, the DZL chain grate boiler provides safe operation, energy saving performance, and easy maintenance. It is widely used in food processing, textile, chemical, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing industries.
