Introduction

The DZL series biomass fired boiler is a single-drum, horizontal chain grate boiler designed for efficient combustion of molded biomass fuels such as wood chips, rice husks, sawdust briquettes, and other renewable fuels. It can also burn pure coal or a mixture of coal and biomass fuel according to different operating requirements. The boiler adopts a quick-assembly structure for convenient installation and reliable operation. An economizer is arranged at the rear to improve heat utilization efficiency and reduce fuel consumption. Mechanical ventilation is provided by an induced draft fan, and a spiral slag discharging machine is equipped for automatic ash removal. The combustion ash can be reused as agricultural fertilizer, making the boiler energy-saving and environmentally friendly. Complete control and monitoring instruments ensure safe, stable, and efficient boiler operation.
