Introduction

The DZL series coal fired steam boiler is a single-drum, horizontal, longitudinal chain grate boiler designed for efficient combustion of various types of coal. It features a quick-assembly structure, allowing convenient installation, reliable operation, and reduced construction time. An economizer is installed at the rear of the boiler to recover flue gas waste heat, improving thermal efficiency and reducing fuel consumption. Mechanical ventilation is provided by an induced draft fan, while a spiral slag discharging machine enables continuous mechanical ash removal. The boiler is equipped with complete control and monitoring instruments to ensure safe, stable, and reliable operation. With high efficiency, stable performance, and easy maintenance, the DZL series coal fired boiler is widely used in food processing, textile, chemical, and manufacturing industries.
